Bryan Rand is President of Vacation Innovations, responsible for driving the organization’s operating strategy and building, managing and growing partnerships with developers, technology providers and other strategic interests.
Bryan officially joined Vacation Innovations in 2020 but has been involved with the company as an advisor and investor for more than half a decade. In addition to his work on the operating strategy, Bryan leads the organization’s active and aggressive mergers and acquisitions strategy and manages all relationships with capital providers. Bryan Represents Vacation Innovations as a Trustee Member of the American Resort Development Association (ARDA).
Bryan is also a Partner at Tritium Partners, a private equity firm with nearly $1 billion in assets under management and an investor in Vacation Innovations. With Tritium, he is responsible for sourcing and executing acquisitions as well as managing relationships with deal referral sources. Prior to joining Tritium, Bryan spent more than 15 years in investment banking and private equity, where he completed more than 40 M&A and financing transactions with privately-held businesses across numerous industries.
In addition to his work with Vacation Innovations and Tritium, Bryan serves on multiple private company and non-profit boards. He is a member of the Southern 7 Chapter of the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO). He received his MBA from Harvard Business School where he was a Credit Suisse Fellow, and graduated magna cum laude from Morehouse College with a B.A. in German Studies and a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance.
Bryan is an avid golfer and enjoys watching Indianapolis Colts football. He is happily married with three children.
