Sergio Santos is Chief Product Officer (CPO) of Vacation Innovations, responsible for the development and execution of the company’s full range of products and services.
A seasoned executive with more than 25 years of experience spanning hospitality, healthcare, education, and technology engineering, Sergio joined Vacation Innovations as Director of Information Technology in 2007 and rose steadily, taking on his current role in 2018. While at Vacation Innovations, he has developed a proprietary CRM to handle the complex needs of the business and has been a key figure in the integration of processes and data developed in our partnerships throughout the years.
Previously, Sergio worked in IT management for several organizations, most notably EmbanetCompass and Hospital Ortopédico de Goiânia. In addition to his professional endeavors, Sergio supports his community in any way he can. Together with his son, Sergio is a supporter of the Duncan Tree Foundation, which aims to provide children in the West Indies with essential surgeries.
In his down time, Sergio enjoys spending time on the lake with his wife and children. A former junior formula racer himself, Sergio is an avid Formula 1 fan and watches races whenever possible.
