A Licensed Real Estate Agent is a salesperson who develops and maintains relationships with new and existing client base. He/she sells the company and its services, ensures client satisfaction and helps develop new business opportunities. The main objective for the Licensed Real Estate Agent is to service the Company by reducing liability while increasing revenue on a daily and monthly basis.

Responsibilities:

  • Pre-qualify customers. All leads are generated in-house and are opt-in format.
  • Make initial sales calls with clients and follow-up phone calls to prospective customers.
  • Solution selling and education of customers on services offered.
  • Maintain lead tracking database and complete all required data entry of client information.
  • Correspond with customers in a professional manner via email and telephone.
  • Meet weekly and monthly sales quotas/goals.
  • Negotiate between seller and buyer as a Transaction Agent.

The Consumer Advisor is responsible for pre-qualifying leads and appropriately dispersing qualified clients to the correct department. In this role, the consumer advisor continues to follow-up with potential clients that are listed in the system. The main goal of the Consumer Advisor role is to educate the clients on the timeshare market and to guide the client to the correct department to find a solution that fits their needs.

In addition, the Client Service Specialist will be responsible for handling all inbound and outbound calls to determine whether or not they need to be connected with a sales consultant or if they are an existing client in need of additional assistance. The main goal of the position is to provide superior customer service to all new and existing clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all inbound and outbound calls/emails pertaining to SMTN clients
  • Accurately respond to inbound emails in a timely manner
  • Accurately set up new leads
  • Assist with VES payment verifications
  • Complete 90 Day follow up process with existing clients
  • Ensure that all new clients have been contacted and understand the Terms of Service

Location: Orlando, FL
Type: Full-Time

This position will perform quality control checks on high volume of inventory. Thus, work must be performed with a sense of urgency and accuracy. This position communicates often with supervisors, sales team, resorts and counties; therefore, customer service skills are a plus. Position demands that goals be achieved on daily basis.

  • Contact customers for miscellaneous documents
  • Prepare legal documents to transfer title
